The Authority and Community
Pilgrims Service Program
More than 3 billion liters of fresh water were pumped during the Hajj season of 1445 AH - 2024 AD, in recognition of the great reward of providing water. At the Saudi Water Authority, we take pride in our services to the pilgrims of the Sacred House of Allah during the Hajj seasons. We dedicate our capabilities and efforts to them, as it is an honorable duty that Allah has bestowed upon us, and a responsibility we take pride in fulfilling as we rush to meet it.
Empowerment Program
The Saudi Water Authority attracts national talents to prepare them for promising job opportunities, believing that the core of building, developing, and advancing societies lies in investing in the knowledge of its individuals to achieve social, environmental, and economic development. The fourth edition of the Empowerment Program targets fifteen key tracks, most notably artificial intelligence and data, sustainability and environment, research and innovation, cybersecurity, and supply chains.
Volunteer Program
As part of the contribution to spreading the culture of volunteer work and achieving the goal of one million volunteers annually within the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, the Saudi Water Authority provides volunteer opportunities across various administrative regions to instill this culture in different age groups, raising awareness of each individual’s responsibility through volunteer work to develop their community. The satisfaction rate of volunteers in the authority’s volunteer opportunities is 99.97%.
